Hi all, this is the reply I got from his sister...

"Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out. After his accident, he spent 4 months in the hospital coming back to life. He then spent 2 yrs in a nursing facility and now my mom has moved him in with her. He did suffer brain damage, but he has miraculously done better than anyone could have ever expected. I will pass along the information and hope that it will help jog his memory. I was able to recover some of his karaoke music, and i'm really shocked that he remembers it. I will make sure he knows you asked about him and I'll see if he can reach out to you."

His sister gave me his new number. I am reaching out to him to see if I can jog his memories a bit.

thanks Chris..I was just thinking of him the other day..

it's hard not to be reminded of him..I heard a song
and remembered it was one that ripper posted on
here..some excellent multitracks he'd ripped..
I still can't believe he had such bad luck..so sad
